Because each item is custom-made just for you, we typically don’t accept returns or exchanges. However, if there's ever a mistake on our part, we’ll make it right! Your satisfaction means the world to us. Please contact us for any help needed here.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Since our items are made to order, we begin working on them quickly—so we’re unable to guarantee changes or cancellations once an order is placed. If you need to make an update, reach out right away and we’ll do our best to help!

How do I care for my custom apparel?

To keep your custom apparel looking its best, turn it inside out and machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with similar colors. Use mild detergent and skip the fabric softeners. Tumble dry low or hang-dry for longest life.

Avoid bleach, dry cleaning, or ironing directly on the design to preserve the print.

How do I care for my lasered leatherette?

Your laser leatherette piece was made with care—here’s how to keep it looking great:

Gently wipe it clean with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. For tougher spots, a tiny bit of cleaner on a microfiber cloth works wonders—just be sure not to spray directly on the surface.

Avoid harsh chemicals like bleach or alcohol, and keep your item out of direct heat or sunlight to prevent fading. When not in use, store it somewhere cool and dry. And as always, if you have any questions, we’re just a message away!

How do I care for my lasered glass?

To keep your custom glassware looking sharp, we recommend gentle handwashing with warm water and mild dish soap. Avoid abrasive scrubbers or harsh chemicals, as they can dull the engraving or damage the glass.

Skip the dishwasher—it may cause the engraving to fade over time. Dry with a soft cloth, and store in a safe spot to prevent chips or cracks. Cheers to keeping it classy and lasting for years to come! 🥃

What is Your Shipping Policy?

We do our best to get your order out quickly!

• Standard orders placed before 11 AM EST ship the next business day
• Expedited orders placed before 12 PM EST ship the same day
• International orders have a 1-business-day handling time before shipping
• Orders ship Monday–Friday, and anything placed after 5 PM EST on Friday will start processing on Monday
