We stand by the quality of our work! If your item arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include a photo of the issue—we’ll gladly replace it or make it right. Since each piece is custom-made, normal wear and tear or misuse isn’t covered, but we’re always happy to help if you have any questions.
